To strengthen governance and anticipate changes, the company&#8217;s general management has devised a &#8220;compass&#8221;: a reference system of key indicators designed to guide the company&#8217;s cross-functional management. Today&#8217;s managers are expressing the need to :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>provide cross-functional dashboards, based on the Compass, for the Executive Committee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>offer specialized dashboards for different user profiles such as HR, Finance, Marketing, &#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>easily add and modify these indicators and views on your own.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our answer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Implementation of a datalake<\/strong><br\/>Centralization and historization of data from all Aplim tools, guaranteeing a single, scalable source that has no impact on production.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design and deployment of Power BI dashboards<\/strong><br\/>Creation of dynamic reports, fed directly from the datalake, for the executive committee and business units (marketing, finance, support, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Training and skills transfer<\/strong><br\/>Hands-on sessions for Aplim teams, ensuring mastery of Power BI and the ability to enrich or modify dashboards iteratively and autonomously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3765,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"tags":[182,180,192,187,190,184],"class_list":["post-4529","projet","type-projet","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","tag-apache-airflow-en","tag-directed-acyclic-graph-dag-en","tag-etl-en","tag-postgresql-en","tag-powerbi-en","tag-s3-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
