Background and challenges<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

Aplim wanted to build a medium-term AI vision covering all its educational solutions, proactively and innovatively integrating the needs of all stakeholders – teachers, students, but also support services (accounting, HR, governance, management). The objective was to identify, based on existing data in its information system, 360\u00b0 use cases capable of generating a sustainable competitive advantage through the intelligent use of AI at every stage of the value chain. <\/p>\n\n

Our two-phase approach<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  1. Global audit phase<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Inventory and mapping of all Aplim tools and data produced on a daily basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Interviews with all stakeholders to gather business needs and refine the strategic vision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Production of a summary report providing key elements for prioritizing future quality audits and prototyping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Identification of really useful data sets, to minimize study time in the next step.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Prototyping phase and recommendations<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Selection, technical and statistical analysis of the data required for the selected use cases.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Validate the feasibility of the first AI prototypes and estimate their cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Recommendations for the target data architecture, with a detailed costing for implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        This structured approach guarantees Aplim a clear, pragmatic AI roadmap aligned with its operational and strategic challenges, while optimizing the use of its existing data.<\/p>\n\n
