Background and challenges

Created in 2020 from the merger of Aplon and Statim, the new Aplim entity has seen its perimeters and processes become increasingly complex. To strengthen governance and anticipate changes, the company’s general management has devised a “compass”: a reference system of key indicators designed to guide the company’s cross-functional management. Today’s managers are expressing the need to :

  • provide cross-functional dashboards, based on the Compass, for the Executive Committee;
  • offer specialized dashboards for different user profiles such as HR, Finance, Marketing, …
  • easily add and modify these indicators and views on your own.

Our answer

  • Implementation of a datalake
    Centralization and historization of data from all Aplim tools, guaranteeing a single, scalable source that has no impact on production.
  • Design and deployment of Power BI dashboards
    Creation of dynamic reports, fed directly from the datalake, for the executive committee and business units (marketing, finance, support, etc.).
  • Training and skills transfer
    Hands-on sessions for Aplim teams, ensuring mastery of Power BI and the ability to enrich or modify dashboards iteratively and autonomously.
